An online unique membership number which will be the login ID and password shall be allocated to the buyer on booking / purchase of a Puravankara Limited Apartment/Villa/row houses. The use of this membership number and associated benefits is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and other Program Terms and Conditions that may be issued from time to time, to the benefit of customers of Puravankara Limited.
Purva Privilege members cannot maintain membership in or earn points on multiple accounts.
Membership of Puravankara is not transferable to any third party and may only be used by the member. A member can have only one membership number here under.
Employees of Puravankara Group are not entitled to the benefits under the Purva Privilege Program.
Except as specified herein, the membership to the Puravankara is valid for the lifetime of the member.
Any Purva Privilege member can recommend family/friends for any category for any Puravankara Limited projects and the point structure would be as described later.
Purva privilege program may be discontinued at any time, with or without notice to the members. Accumulation of points shall cease immediately on termination of the Program. However, members shall be given 3 months' time from the date the Program termination is announced, to redeem the desired reward/s.
Puravankara Limited reserves the right to discontinue membership to the Puravankara of any member who appears to be using the Program in a manner inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions, or the intent of the Program, or any portion of the Program, including, but not limited to, reward redemption, or, if a member commits misconduct or fraud, or misuses the Program's benefits and reward, misuses the Program of its facilities etc. Puravankara Limited, also reserves the right to discontinue membership of any member who acts in a manner inconsistent with local or state laws, statutes or ordinances. Discontinued membership may result in losing all accumulated reward points and the cancellation of all Puravankara rewards, benefits and Connects.
Earning and Accrual of Points
to the Purva Privilege Program entitles members to earn points, which can be redeemed for rewards in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the Program.
Purva Points shall be allocated only for purchases from the day the Program is launched.
Purva Privilege Program is a Twin referral benefit, under PPP both referrer and referee is rewarded with 1% of basic cost respectively on a successful booking and agreement execution.
On every qualified reference, Referrer is rewarded with 1000 Purva Points, 25% of Purva Points can be redeemed instantly, 75% Purva Points on successful site visit
On a successful site visit, Referrer is rewarded with 5000 Purva Points, 25% of Purva Points can be redeemed instantly and 75% Purva Points on booking confirmation.
On booking confirmation, Referrer earns accrued 3750 Purva Points
On execution of sale agreement (15% of agreement value Plus applicable government charges payment), Referrer is rewarded with 2% of basic cost Purva Points. Referrer can redeem his/her reward points only after the transfer of 1% of Purva Points to the referee as a gift.

75% - 750 Purva Points redeemable on site visit

75% - 3750 Purva Points redeemable on booking

Purva Points does not have any monetary value, points are only redeemable with in the specified period of program.
No purchase/assignment of points is permitted. A member cannot do so in order to redeem such points for a reward.
Puravankara Limited reserves the right to rectify points from a member's account if the points have been erroneously recorded under the account.
Terms and conditions applicable only for Puravankara reference program, not applicable for subsidiary business’s
Privilege program is not applicable for upgrades or swap to a higher unit in any of the Puravankara Apartment/Villa/Unit
Applicable taxes if any shall be collected or deducted at the time of redemption of points.
The membership is entitled to get points as per the table below:
Expiry of Points
The points are valid for a period of 1 year.
Upon expiry of the one year period, the accumulated points, if not redeemed, will lapse.
A minimum of 1% confirmed purchase of another Puravankara Limited Apartment/Villa/Unit is required for redemption. However, on receipt of 15% payment of the agreement value of the property and once property agreement is signed by the buyer is required for enabling the redemption process for both the buyer as well as the Referrer gifted.
The products or the gift vouchers shall be delivered by the Program Partners to the member's mailing address within 7 working days
In case the customer opts for a gift voucher, it shall be the responsibility of the customer to check and ensure that the gift items are purchased before the expiry date of the vouchers; failing which the voucher shall lapse.
Puravankara Limited, reserves the right to exclude the products and services featured in the catalogue for redemption of the points, in subsequent editions of the catalogue, if any.
All rewards / gifts are subject to availability and supplier restrictions. Puravankara Limited. May, without notice, withdraw or substitute any reward/gift for another reward/gift of comparable value and nature. In case the exact model of the merchandise mentioned in the rewards catalogue is not available at the time of redemption, an alternate model of the product which is similar in price and quality shall be made available to the member. Purva Points can be redeemed for gifts as featured in the Puravankara Website.
All taxes and applicable incidental expenses shall be borne by the member unless mentioned otherwise.
Delivery of merchandise shall be an arrangement between the member and the vendor and, Puravankara Limited shall have no responsibility for non-delivery / late delivery or quality of products etc.
Transportation, Installation, Courier Costs, etc. incurred with regard to redemption shall be at the sole responsibility of the member.
No credit or substitutions shall be given for any rewards that are only partially used.
Redeemed rewards/gifts once issued/delivered shall not be changed and the member shall not be entitled to any refund or credit for the points redeemed nor can these be re-converted back to points
In case of cancellation/termination of a property purchased, the buyer, as well as the referrer, shall not be entitled to the points allocated to them for that particular purchase, but shall retain their respective membership numbers, if already a member. The Points pertaining to that transaction shall get automatically reversed on such cancellation/termination.
No rewards point can be redeemed for cash with Puravankara Limited.
All interpretations of the Terms and Conditions and Program rules shall be at the sole discretion of Puravankara Limited.
In the event of any grievance/dispute of the member on the services pertaining to the Loyalty Program, the same shall be sorted out as soon as possible by way of discussions between such member and a representative of Puravankara Limited. If such grievance/dispute is not sorted out to the satisfaction of the member, the decision of Puravankara Limited, in respect to the Program shall be final and binding.
Terms and Conditions of Puravankara and the relationship between Puravankara Loyalty Program and/or Puravankara Limited, and each member are governed by Indian law. By becoming a Member of the Puravankara Loyalty Program, each member submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts in Bangalore.
The Company is committed to complying with all applicable privacy and data protection laws. Any personal information the Company collects, regarding employees or any third party, will be treated with care, protected, and used lawfully and properly.
This Policy applies to employees, customers, business associates and others who share their personal information with the Company.
Personal information means any information that relates to a natural person, which, either directly or indirectly, in combination with other information available or likely to be available with the Company, is capable of identifying such person.
Sensitive personal data or information (SPD) means such personal information which consists of information relating to :
financial information such as Bank account or credit card or debit card or other payment instrument details;
physical, physiological and mental health condition;
medical records and history;
any detail relating to the above clauses as provided to the Company for providing service;
any information received under above clauses by the Company for processing, stored or processed under lawful contract or otherwise:
Provided that any information that is freely available or accessible in public domain or furnished under the Right to Information Act, 2005 or any other law for the time being in force shall not be regarded as SPD for the purposes of this Policy.
The Company shall collect SPD only if:
Prior consent is obtained in writing through letter / fax / e-mail from provider of SPD regarding purpose of usage of such information;
such information is considered necessary and is collected for lawful purpose connected with a function/activity of the Company;
Provider of information has knowledge of
purpose of collection of data
Intended recipients of such information.
SPD shall be retained only for the period required for the purposes for which the information may be lawfully used or is required under law.
The Company shall permit provider of Personal information (as and requested) to review such information and ensure that inaccurate and deficient data is rectified/amended as feasible. The Company shall not be responsible for the authenticity of Personal information or SPD supplied by the provider of information.
The Company shall provide an option to provider of such information, not to provide the data/information. The provider of information shall have the option to withdraw, in writing, the consent given earlier about the personal information to the Company.
The Company shall have the option not to provide goods/services if the provider of information has not given his consent or withdrawn the consent given earlier.
The Company shall take reasonable steps to keep Personal Information and SPD in a secure manner and shall not publish the same.
Disclosure of SPD to a third party shall require prior permission from provider of information. Exceptions:
where such disclosure has been agreed to in the contract
Disclosure is necessary for compliance of a legal obligation and
Disclosure to Government agencies that are mandated under law for the purpose of prevention/detection/ investigation of offences.
The Company will take reasonable steps to ensure that third Party who receives such SPD, shall not disclose it further to anyone.
The Company may transfer Personal Information including SPD to a third party in or out of the country, if such transfer is necessary for the performance of the lawful contract between the Company and provider of information or where the provider has consented to such transfer, provided such third party has the same level of data protection as is adhered to by the Company.
As with most websites, visit to the Company’s website or use of an application thereat may capture information such as IP address, time, date, referring URL, pages accessed and documents downloaded, type of browser and operating system. The Company website may contain links to or from other websites. The Company is not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites. This Policy applies only to the information the Company collects on its website.
The Company will implement reasonable security and control measures to protect SPD and Personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access/disclosure, by adopting the security practices and procedures in accordance with applicable laws and rules, as well as Company’s “User and System Access Management Policy” and the “Network and Telecommunications Security Policy”.
The Company reserves the right to review and modify the Policy at any time. Current version of this Policy is published on the Company’s website.
